Under the motto “Last Night on Earth,” an extraordinary concert opened the Vienna Festival with music from three centuries and impressive visual messages. AV-Professional supported the production with video and projection technology, coordinated signal transmission with ORF via a digital 4K fiber optic network, and transformed the facade of Vienna City Hall into an immersive light and sound experience using 12 high-performance projectors.

AV-Professional implemented comprehensive signal transmission within the building via SDI/HDBaseT/fiber optics with embedded audio, as well as to the festival tent via amplified and format-adapted signals for the respective end devices. The image control in the Golden Hall was carried out with a Panasonic AV-HS450, three Panasonic AW-HE130 cameras including remote panel, and a streaming control room for online transmission. In addition, the foyer, Gottfried von Einem Hall, stairways, cloakrooms, Glass Hall, and marquee were equipped with Panasonic PT-RZ21 projectors, supplemented by the integration of short documentary films into both streams.

AV-Professional provided extensive video and projection technology for Magenta Telekom's spectacular relaunch event at Vienna's Marx Halle – one of the biggest rebranding events of 2019. Among other things, 4K studio cameras, Pandoras Box media servers, a Christie Spyder X80 routing switcher, a complete fiber optic infrastructure, and numerous high-end projectors and large displays were used to create an impressive visual presentation.

On June 8, 2019, the 26th Life Ball took place at Vienna City Hall Square under the motto “United in Diversity – Walking on the yellow brick road towards an end to AIDS.” AV-Professional was once again part of this spectacular event, providing impressive visual staging and perfect technical implementation with multi-camera-based production, media servers, perimeter screen displays, complete video infrastructure, Riedel intercom systems, and high-end projectors.
