Dynamic corporate event held for the first time at the Austria Center Vienna – 18×6 m widescreen projection, HD production, and Segway show with AV-Professional event technology.

With a dynamic opening by the Drummaticals and the managing directors who roared onto the stage in the large Hall A on Segways for their speeches, the 1,800 invited guests were able to follow everything on a huge 18x6m widescreen projection and 2 further 12x4m widescreens.

Our 4 Barco HD 20 projectors delivered razor-sharp images, which were able to place the content perfectly via Spyder X20 media servers.

Fully animated presentation slides produced by our Ventutz designers were used in an impressive way with the corresponding real-time Ventutz playout systems. There was no room for boring PowerPoint slides in this dynamic event.

An HD control centre with the corresponding Triax camera trains was able to effectively convey the dynamics of the event to all participants in the 3 connected halls in the ACV.

The event ended on the first evening with a B(r)au party for the participants in one of the exhibition halls on the ACV grounds. A meadow atmosphere with live ACT & DJ was also broadcast throughout the entire hall using projections and an HD control centre with the corresponding HD Triax camera trains.
